Yes! Creating a profile and receiving certificates is free. Some advanced features for organisers (bulk issuance, branded certificates) may require a subscription. See our pricing page for details.

Click "Register Free" on the homepage, fill in your details, verify your email, and your profile is ready. The process takes less than 2 minutes.

An organiser or institution issues a certificate directly to your profile. You'll receive an email notification. The certificate is then visible in your profile and can be shared publicly.

Every certificate has a unique verification link. Share it with anyone — employers, institutions — and they can verify its authenticity directly on eScholarID without needing an account.

Yes. From your dashboard, open any certificate and click the Download PDF button to get a printable copy.

Contact the issuing organisation or our support team at support@escholarid.com and we'll assist with removal.

By default your profile is public so your certificates can be verified. You can adjust your visibility settings from your dashboard — control which sections are public or private.

Go to your account settings and select "Delete Account". Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email and we'll send a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Tokens are eScholarID's recognition currency. Other users can send you tokens to appreciate your posts or achievements. Tokens can be exchanged or used for platform features.

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. eScholarID never stores your card details.
