These terms apply when your company uses e-scholarId. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your company.
1. The service
e-scholarId is an online business system for managing customers, sales, invoices, projects, tasks and support. We host it and keep it running; your company decides who in your team can use it.
2. Your account
- The person who creates the account becomes your company's administrator and is responsible for the users they add.
- Keep passwords secret. You are responsible for activity under your company's users.
- Give correct company and contact details, and keep them up to date.
3. Your data
- The information your company enters belongs to your company. We only use it to provide the service to you.
- Each company's data is kept separate; other companies cannot see it.
- Your administrator can export your data at any time.
4. Plans and payment
- Prices are per company, per month, in the currency shown on the pricing page.
- New companies may start with a free trial. After the trial, choose a plan and pay to keep using the service.
- If a payment is late there is a grace period of 7 days. After that, access is limited to administrators until payment is received.
- Payments already made are not refunded for unused time, unless the law requires it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use e-scholarId to break the law, send spam, store content you have no right to, or try to access other companies' data or disturb the service.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features. If we change these terms we will update the date on this page, and important changes will be announced in the service.
7. Ending the service
You can stop using the service at any time; ask your administrator to export your data first. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or stays unpaid. After an account is closed its data may be permanently deleted.
8. Liability
The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
